In addition to the main cancers on the AO list , the many STS cancers could easily be overlooked in filing an AO claim.The list has been posted here many times but best to refresh the list-these types of cancers often need a thorough review of the medical records to determine the exact terminology.

The VA is not going to hunt through your records to find these terms.Best to send them copies of any diagnosis that would warrant a STS AO award.

And a reminder that any AO cancer that metasizes can also warrant a potential secondary award for the metasized effect.
