I submitted the claim to add her back on in July, again in Sept, and finally for the last time in Oct. Well I got a call on Friday saying that they are finishing up the claim. It is closed on ebenefits. So I am excited that they finally got this done! Now a quick question will it be paid from the date of the paperwork or back to when she was dropped? She started college in October, 2010, and this is the date I put on t he 21-674, 10/20/2010. I submitted the 21-674 on 10/24/2010. My approval letter dated, 02/10/2011, has a Payment Start Date of Nov 1, 2010. So, as with everything VA, I believe the payment start date is the 1st of the next full month.
