The offer was for active duty, but I showed them my VA card and they let me in. I guess you'll just have to try it and see! Make sure you're thirsty when you get there LOL! I'm old and bearded and flash my VA card all over the place asking for military discounts; some managers will give you one even if they don't have a policy for it. Always worth a shot! I generally ask about a military discount and find most will give you one. I show them my DoD tan DAV ID card and get the discount.
