hubby is completely unemplyable due to non sc stroke...tho has 20% SC rate on arm laceration....waiting on rate increase info since sept 2011...can he get a rating smaller that 100%..but still get paid at 100% rate due ti IU? he gets military retirement currently....he is totally disabled by stroke..and connot do any work at all...he is 73 and never retired really........as he was realtor and security guard at time of stroke..explain to me how IU would work in his case..thank you

If his non - sc'd stroke is the reason for his IU - then no - he does not meet the criteria for IU.

Pension would pay more than SC'd at 20% - but pension is income limited.

There might somehow be a chance at A&A or housebound, maybe other's will chime in.

Strokes can come from clots in extremities where the circulation is compromised by injury or amputation.

Deep vein thrombosis can occur in arms or legs and the clot can pass into the brain.

how do i get imo and from which one of his many doctors?
