Ptsd Re-Evaluation

Rate this question

Question

I am currently rated at 30 percent for PTSD. Last Sept the VA notified me that they want to re-evaluate me, and we all know it is not for an increase. In Oct 2010, I had another C&P with another QTC doctor. Her report is even stronger then the first exam that I had. I do not think it is what the VA wanted to see. I have not received any word back from the VA. Now, how many times can the VA send a person to an exam? Is it until they get what they want?

Every time they send you for an exam I would go out and get an IMO after I read the copy of the exam. You may go from 30% to 50% to 70%.

Papa,

If I remember right - you have an active claim in for IU ?

If so, they are supposed to examine you to see if the current SC'd disability's

warrant some increase - which would help support a grant for IU.
