Question
Charleese
Is this a good nexus letter for ED & Diabetes:
To whom it may concern,
Mr. XXXXX has been examined and found to have Left testicular atrophy. After reviewing his medical records while in the service in 1955, it appears that Mr. XXXX suffered parotitis (mumps) and complicating orchitis, which caused the testicular atrophy. Futhermore, because of the injury to his left knee and prolonged periods of forced inactivity, Mr. XXXX developed obesity which greatly contributed to the development of his diabetes.
Sincerely
Dr. XXXXXXX
If this is not a good nexus letter for both please let me know as to why. Thanks in advance for your replies.
