Help With Iu Please

Question

I have a claim for IU my question is I filed for it but am still working will that cause a automatic denial since i am employed. any help would be great...

What type of work, how many hours a week and ball park pay per month ?

diagnostic technician automotive 18 an hour take home about 250 a week after insurance and child support im at light duty work restriction at work cuz of my back being bad its service connected

I don't see any way IU would be granted at this point.

I believe gross income would be used and you are after all working

on a regular basis and making quite a bit more for even substantial gainful employment.

they don't look at take home pay the VA will not ignore the amount you pay for child support from your check, taxes and health insurance or life insurance 18 an hour is "gainful employment" here in South Carolina that is a high paying job the VARO is not going to approve TDIU with you making that much money and still employed sorry
