Question
Papa
I sent off an IRIS inquiry some time back, and was surprised when I got a response. I'm assuming that the rating specialist is referring to my Parkinson's claim. I am a boots on the ground Vietnam Veteran, and have proved that in many many ways. I have been diagnosed by a private neurologist, and have had a C&P exam where this doctor clearly states that I have Parkinson's. Do not understand what other evidence that they could need. Any hints? I know the rating starts at 30%, but what are the standards for a higher rating, have not been able to locate.
I did do a C&P for PTSD, which the VA required me to do, but I would not consider this a claim. On the second PTSD the Doctor clearly states that my condition would prevent me from working. I do not think the VA wanted to see that.

"We do apologize for the delay in the processing of your claim. Our records indicate that the rating specialist who reviewed your claim is requesting additional evidence in reference to your claim. We have forwarded your inquiry to the coach of the team in order for them to review the folder and inform us of what this is. Once the review has been completed we will inform you of those results."
