Are There Statistics For People Who Use These Forums?

are there statistics for people who use these forums?

like:

amount of people who files claims

amount of people who win

type of injury, illness?

branch of service?

length of time in claims (broken down in easy wins, long wins, appeals)

all voluntary of course..

etc??

Not in appeals, since I got 100%, and some of it was winning an 1151 negligence, which the VA turns out does not give ful benefits if you win 1151 negligence they squirm and legal loophhole you and your family out of many benefits, really crapp nasty bunch running the va benefits, they wil backstab and scre wyou even if you win you lose. May 2021.

You can get a pretty good idea from Success Stories. If anything Hadit proves that armed with proper information and determination most Veterans who come here eventually win. In fact I would say the success rate is very high and Hadit empowers Veterans to manage their claim.

Veterans deserve real choice for their health care.

OK...It took me about 9 years to get 100% T & P ( SMC-L) & if I had never found hadit that would have never happened

1st 8 years or so was before I found hadit & once I found it everything fell into place. I still used a Lawyer for backup but I am very gratiful for the Assistance I found here & always will be

GARY Also I got back pay for all the time theyplayed games with me. Like I was told from when I very started trying to get comped. U only lose if U quit

Retired. we dont keep any analytical statistics of members for the previous questions. We can obtain some Idea and get some numbers in relation to the following.

Are you service connected?

If not, how long have you been waiting?

Time it took to get claim awarded:?

What level you won at: RO/BVA/CAVC

Was your claim remanded. If so how long it took?

Did you use a VSO or not.

Disability percentage.Are you schedular or IU.

Do you receive any SMC. If so what level. K S L O R1 R2.

How long have you been a Hadit Member?

A Veteran is a person who served this country. Treat them with respect.

A Disabled Veteran is a person who served this country and bears the scars of that service regardless of when or where they served.

Treat them with the upmost respect. I do. Rejection is not a sign of failure. Failure is not an option, Medical opinions and evidence wins claims. Trust in others is a virtue but you take the T out of Trust and you are left with Rust so be wise about who you are dealing with.

      Service Connection

      Frost v. Shulkin (2017)
      This case established that for secondary service connection claims, the primary service-connected disability does not need to be service-connected or diagnosed at the time the secondary condition is incurred 1. This allows veterans to potentially receive secondary service connection for conditions that developed before their primary condition was officially service-connected. 

      Saunders v. Wilkie (2018)
      The Federal Circuit ruled that pain alone, without an accompanying diagnosed condition, can constitute a disability for VA compensation purposes if it results in functional impairment 1. This overturned previous precedent that required an underlying pathology for pain to be considered a disability.

      Effective Dates

      Martinez v. McDonough (2023)
      This case dealt with the denial of an earlier effective date for a total disability rating based on individual unemployability (TDIU) 2. It addressed issues around the validity of appeal withdrawals and the consideration of cognitive impairment in such decisions.

    • Are all military medical records on file at the VA?

      RichardZ posted a topic in How to's on filing a Claim,

      I met with a VSO today at my VA Hospital who was very knowledgeable and very helpful.  We decided I should submit a few new claims which we did.  He told me that he didn't need copies of my military records that showed my sick call notations related to any of the claims.  He said that the VA now has entire military medical record on file and would find the record(s) in their own file.  It seemed odd to me as my service dates back to  1981 and spans 34 years through my retirement in 2015.  It sure seemed to make more sense for me to give him copies of my military medical record pages that document the injuries as I'd already had them with me.  He didn't want my copies.  Anyone have any information on this.  Much thanks in advance.
