Is My Nod Correct On Ebenefits

I am wondering if it is correct for ebenefits to show my claim at BVA office when I had asked for a De Novo review and a DRO hearing? See the NOD date, made it by the hair of my chinny chin chin.

My claim showed up on ebenefits pretty much the same way. Said I had initiated a BVA appeal when I only had filed a NOD. It still shows something about some date at BVA which my claim has never went there.

They have said the appeals part of ebenfits is one of the areas they don't update very often, if at all. If you want to make sure just send an IRIS or call the 800#
