I was told if it keeps the original BVA docket number, it goes to the front of the line if it goes back to them from a remand.

My WAG from personal experience is 2 years minimum would

be great but the true picture is quite a bit longer, especially if there

are remands.

Yes, if the claim returns from being remanded - it goes into the front of the line

BUT

it goes to the back of the line - of claims that have been returned to

the BVA after following remand instructions.

Actually it goes into the back of a line that is supposed to be

a shorter line.
