Question On Champva, Dvi, Ssd

First I file for short term disability last week and FMLA since my PN is giving me to much problem's. At the same Time I file for SSD. As I said before 100%for PC, and Lymph node cancer, 20% for DMII, PN both sides and 10% IHD. and more % coming from VA

Question 1 Can at this time I apply for my wife to have ChampVA or do i have wait? I now that I have other option's way like cobra.

Question 2 Is my DVI free if i'm 100% or is where a better choice of Insurance.

Question 3 I have appointment with SS for SSD. Is there any short cuts in appling?

Question 4 That do I do about insurance for me to keep the privite doctor's like MD anderson and my primary doctor.

You can file for ChampVA for spouse when you are 100% P&T. This includes TDIU 100%.

If you go to your VAMC somewhere hidden is a person who can explain ChampVA just ask where the ChampVA office is from your information desk.

Or you can call them by calling your VAMC and asking for ChampVA.
