AS OF TODAY I HAVE BEEN ASKED BY THE VA TO DESCRIBE THE INCIDENT I FELT LED TO MY PTSD CLAIM 7 OR MORE TIMES.

THE VA HAS ASKED MY WIFE 3 TIME FOR A STATEMENT OF WHAT A REAL BADDY I WAS AND AM ,INFIDELITY ,FIGHTING,JAIL,,ABUSE,DRUNK YEARS,HOW I TREAT MY FAMILY ECT....

THIS IS REALLY HARD FOR MY WIFE TO REPEATE OVER AND OVER TO SOME STRANGERS,ARE THEY TRYING TO BREAK UP A MARRIAGE OF 45 YRS

IT IS ESPECIALLY HARD FOR ME TO REPEAT THE INCIDENT OVER AND OVER TO ANYONE

ARE THEY TRYING TO SAY I AM A LIAR [WHEN THE SAME STORY IS WRITTEN BY THE NAVY 2 OR THREE TIMES ???

DOES ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS PROBLEM???

2.WIFE STATEMENT NOT THE FIRST ONE!!!

4. AT LEAST 7 TIMES DESCRIBING INCIDENT

5. NARRATIVE SUMMARY FROM HOSPITAL IN THE USN OWN WORDS NOT MINE

I HAVE MANY MORE DOCUMENTATIONS AND DATES

IS ANYONE ELSE GETTING THIS KIND OF TREATMENT????OR IS IT JUST ME

AND I DO NOT THINK THEY HAVE EVEN READ THE PTSD EXAM

I COULDN'T GET PDF. EXAM TO WORK OR DOWNLOAD

4 DOCUMENTS FROM NAVY HOSPITAL AND SHIP REPORTS OF INCIDENT AND MANY OTHER DOCUMENTS SUPPORTING CLAIM

AND MUCH MUCH MORE EVIDENCE

I LIVE 120 MILES FROM THE CLOSEST VA FACILITY [WENT TWICE BUT WAS REFUSED HELP]

I COULD NOT AFFORD PRIVATE CARE EVEN AFTER DOCUMENTED SUICIDE ATTEMPT

IT IS FROM RATING TO DEVELOPMENT 3 TIMES

EVER SINCE THAT DAY IN 66 I KNEW THERE WAS A PROBLEM BUT UNTIL THE VA HAD ME TAKE A PTSD EXAM I NEVER KNEW WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND HOW SERIOUS IT WAS

Many of us here have been asked for what the VA already has-

It IS frustrating.I sent a critical document to the RO 12 times years ago-with proof of mailing-in response to what they asked for and they (the RO) never acknowledged it.

The OGC did however.

Do you have a vet rep? They might be able to find out what is going on with the VA.

Many vet orgs have reps working in or near the VARO buildings and can often find out a little more then we can as to the status of the claim.

You could also use IRIS (Contact US link at the Main VA web site)to request what is going on and have them verify what they got.

If the IRIS response doesn't help, resend the IRIS as a complaint and not as status request.

That worked for me in the past.
