Attorney: Soldier Faked Injuries

The truth shall set you free. VA is tough enough to deal with without issues like this putting "more" stumbling blocks in the 'system'. I'm not sure how back injuries could be approved without x-ray evidence and SMR's with SC proof. PTSD, Anxiety, and Depression are fairly subjective, but as someone who lives with PTSD everyday, it sets me off that someone would fake it.

I would so trade the money for my health and sound mind back. I slept 3 1/2 hours last night, typical for me - so I get a little pissed about this. How can this guy sleep at night knowing truly disabled veterans struggle to get adequate ratings and compensation because of people like him.
