Maybe, maybe not - it depends on how the Medical-Vocational Guidelines are used in your claim. 55 years old is the lower limit for "Advanced Age".

Thanks all this is confusing to me grid rules advanced age and all. I hit 55 tomorrow and the hearing is just under two weeks I will see how it goes.

Just a update meet wit the attorney before the hearing first words out of his mouth was you drew the worst judge possible 38 percent approval rating. Anyway got thru the hearing and was in wait mode took two months got a fully favorable notice in the mail.
