I sure dont. We are getting a 3.6 COLA next year.

Then again Medicare could raise their premiums.????

I'd replace "could" with will, it's already being talked about as if it's in the mill.

For some, the increase may eat a significant part of the 3.6%.

I also would not be too surprised to see things besides premiums change.

Medicare will probably take half of the SS raise but not the VA's increase. It still breaks down to over $100 monthly, for a VA increase, which I'm sure I can find a use for, even if I just use it to help support others, not so fortunate.
