The VCS will be going before the 9th Distrcit Court to argue in our favor for out rights tomorrow at 12:30 PM in San Francisco. This is open to the public. They will be arguing the follwoing points.

This is one of the most important veteran's cases ever filed against the VA .

I posted info on what this regards here in around 2008 and it is available under a search.

The recent law suits for wrongful death due to suicides of OEF OIF veterans with PTSD could be significantly impacted by this case.
