Found a doctor in Georgia that will assist with an IME.

If I remember correctly we had a Dr Barton post on Hadit that said he would help write IMO's and had worked for VA and had experience helping Veterans. I don't know if he did any IMO's for Hadit Members but he moved on rather quickly and disappeared into the ethernet
