High Blood Pressure And Diabetes 2

Question

I had a few high reading of high blood sugar while active duty,had high blood pressure in the army. I am tring to connect the two to say my high sugar readings and high blood pressure are a pre-cussor for Diabetes 2. I can use any help out there to explain.

If you have a copy of the high glucose readings in service and some post service, all the doc has to do is state that he has reviewed the information of record and opine that your diabetes had its onset in service or within the presumptive period.

That should open the door.
