Question

So I am told that both my gynecological and my anxiety issues are considered service connected, I have not recieved official word yet, ebenefits says it is "pending dispatch" The DAV tells me that now it will be sent back to the RO and I will have to have exams to figure out what the severity is to rate both of these.

Anxiety/PTSD was initially filed in 2002, I was denied during this claim and appealed it, will they go back to this date?

Gyno was filed in 2006. But I had information in my service record well before this, which date is relevant here??

I hear ya, when I talked to POA I was down right disgusted, this is an old claim, I am happy to hear a time frame anyway, I am half way through that. When I talked to them today, he told me that a guy that was granted a claim by the BVA in the beginning of Nov 2011 just got his award letter this past week, so the 4 month time frame seems to be about right.

Here waiting with you, :)

still waiting......................................... today is 81 days........................

Ya might want to take up a hobby like prepping ground for a garden,

checking the farmers almanac to see what's good to plant then start growing

some nice organic vegetables.

While the veggies are growing you can start some research on canning food items.

Hopefully, by the time you can your 1st or 2nd crop, a notification of decision will arrive : -)

Thanks Carlie, LOL

I am raising three grandkids, 8, 7, and 3, they keep me pretty busy, we were thinking about putting in some raised beds, gardening may be a good thing for them, I know they love to rob my grape vines.

I pop on here everyday to read the success stories, brightens my day :)

Today is a good day to plant Morning Glories. Mine are germinating right now. I always have to grow them from seeds. I have never found them already sprouted and in the pot at the garden shop. They will look great by August. Some projects are worth the wait.

Best wishes,

Cmdr Bob
