I think that is VA crapola for- I dont want to say that the veteran's PTSD is really chronic because maybe it can be cured-although PTSD has never been cured.

my opinion here only-

What else did he /she say-

If you have an inservice nexus as to your stressor and/or decorations denoting combat on your DD 214- and a PTSD diagnosis-

it seems to me that the rest of what this doc said is what you need to focus on.

I think they could state that for every PTSD vet-if they try to suugesst that it could get better in time.

Since the VA does not issue crystal balls to their doctors- I feel this statement should not affect your claim- however-it is what else the doc said that might.
