No Red...I went up to the Regional Office today and spoke with my POA (America Legion) rep and he assured me that no additional evidence is needed and that the claims person is still looking at the file. I stated that after 30 - 60 days and I do not receive any information - to call him back personally - but I should have a decision rating well before then. In a way it's not a bad thing because it's still being reviewed and not denied.

Hang Tough Medic, I feel a success story coming soon!

Prior to the VA "upgrading" ebenefits, all I could see was that it was in development stage. Never could figure out what that meany. Now, my claim of 2/16/2010 is in the "Gathering Evidence" stage. I sent them a certified letter with return receipt months ago that I did not have any more evidence. So, I'm thinking that they are looking for more evidence, naw, it is sitting on a stack somewhere in Houston RO because I did put in a lot of different medical issues on this claim, and I probably should not have done that because no Government employee wants that much work to do. JMHO BTW, my Lawyer is trying to find out some info for me, as I'm about to go bananas.
