I have a question about my discharge. I was given a General Under Honorable discharge and was treated in the U.S. Army for a nervous condition after returning from Vietnam Dec 1967 to March 1970. In 1974 I was given this discharge . My question is it possible to have it change to medical because the VA said I have server PTSD.
