E-Benefits Compensation Letters

I just took the last hour try to use E-benefit. This program will not let you print your compensation letters.

So the letters VA send you, you can't print. Please tell me i'm wrong! More to come on this great software package.

You might have your pop-up blocker on. When I go in, I get an added window with the letter in pdf format for printing.

Well, that did not work, there is something. Maybe they have not update the file, because it does not show my P&T decision of Jan. 9, 2012

E-Benefits doesn't even give me that option, just Vet pref, and service verification. I know I don't have a new letter yet just wondering why I don't see Compensation letters at all.
