Ok! finally got a rating for ptsd today of 30% [low balled]

Heart claim was not denied anyhow ,but it was deferred ?

I guess i cant file unemployability ?

what do i do now [ any sugestions?

At least i am now service connected

Congratulations on a partial win.

Get an IMO to bolster your medical evidence and file a NOD if you feel you were low-balled. Also file a TDIU claim to preserve effective date. The IU claim will likely be deferred until your heart claim and NOD are adjudicated.

Great news for now - hopefully you have an effective date that goes back a few years for some good retro -

spend wisely. Also - if you made any copays to VA in the past for PTSD related charges - you can file to recoup

the copays back to your effective date.
