I sent in a 21-4138 (on the 1st of March, no less) stating that all evidence should be in and to please rate ASAP (Thanks for the advice, Pete!). Edit - I just realized that this started in JUNE 2010! My God, what will I do when this claim and the two appeals are over?? (I can think of plenty, believe me).
