Something Strange Has Happend At Va

dear veterans, i had a strange thing happen to me, and would like to hear what you make of this,about 4 months ago, i received a ssoc, i sent all nessary information to support the ssoc about 2 days ago i got another ssoc,i called va to ask what this is all about,va stated my case was sent to washington,for radom, did you ever hear of this? i filled out new ssoc,even had a bva remend,in 04 to take the nessary action,plus medical proof of my claims,all are in my favor,because all records were sent to me in 2003,in file i found rating s/c on 4 11 93 plus c%p exam in 1993,all were in my favor ,va states in ssoc no new evedence was given so they denied all my appeals and sent ssoc and now file is in washington at radom, what do you make of this frank

Frank get worried. They are reviewing your records to see if they can decrease your benefits. This is a process the VA has taken to lower their budget, by pruning the vets from their benefits that were given to them in their minds by error. Whether or not you are entitled to the benefits. They go into the audit with the mind set that the benefits are not correct. Fight hard and get a representative from some vet group to get on your case before you have no benefits and you have to reapply from the start. Joel

thank you for your reply,i had a feeling they would try something like this,but doubt it will work,i am 100% ptsd granted in 2004,i was on uss wasp the night we sunk the hobson i sent appeal for date to go back to stressor date,this is my benifit and as long as i am on that ship at that time,there is no way that can take benifit away not with that pooof i also have my sentor working with me thank you joel
