What makes it worse is that it says that the due date has already passed. How can this be??? I sent all my paperwork through DAV. I also see the papaerwork sent by me to support my claim, but this was sent together with the files missing. Has this happenned to anyone.. please I need some advise, my claim has already been sent for a desicion!!

I could be wrong, but I wouldn't sweat it much. Just shoot the VA the missing paperwork ASAP via VONAPP (If it's working), or US Mail it certified. When I send them something that I think is missing, I'm usually kicked back to Gathering Evidence. (I have homesteaded there I think). I was told that it's not too late to submit until it's being rated.

Just a thought from a guy who is standing in line........
