update: stiil at 80% Appealling for an earlier date for IHD long story. Appeal on all the rest at BVA for second time, it's only 5year old now. Solid private medical evidence is never looked at by regional office. Statement from

private ortho surgeon stating with medical certainty condition is from service was declared to speculative. Maybe BVA will see it differently. Good Luck to all.

Still here. I have a NOD with DRO & TDIU active at the RO. I also have Dr. Craig Bash looking over my files. I also have active SSDI claim in. Today with all this weather and rain was probably one of the worst days so far. We need the rain down here in Florida but I don't need the pain.
