Direct Deposit Change ?

Rate this question

SANDMAN

Question

I was just made aware that my bank that i have my comp direct deposited into , is closing at the end of the year . My question is what is the correct way to change this info ( new bank acct ) with the VA so as not to delay getting my payments. What form to use ? What number to call ? I would like to make this as streamlined and easy as possible for them (VA).

Thanks for the answers.

Yeah, my bank did that once and they just returned the SC money back to the VA and told them they did not know where I was. That was customer service from B of A.

open up the new bank account and they will have the paperwork for you to fill out. They will send it in for you. if you get SSDI they will take care if it too.
