Direct Deposit Change ?

I was just made aware that my bank that i have my comp direct deposited into , is closing at the end of the year . My question is what is the correct way to change this info ( new bank acct ) with the VA so as not to delay getting my payments. What form to use ? What number to call ? I would like to make this as streamlined and easy as possible for them (VA).

I change mine by calling the 1-800 # , twice!! It works , but do want to wait for the rest of your life! I don't think so !
