Process For Hospital Stay?

First I want to apologize for any mistakes. Im doing this on my phone.

Here is the breakdown. I need to admit myself to the mental hospital. I would like to know to the process what I have to do in order to make it happen. And any advice. Also, would it mess up the claim I have?

I have never been admitted in a mental facility before. However when I was treated in service my mental health provider recommended it to me on more than one occassion. I have not been treated since service so I would like to know what Im supposed to do since I dont have a mental health provider?
