Question

I found out this morning that I have a QTC C/P exam for TDIU scheduled for July 20, 2012. It will take place in Sugarland, Tx which is just outside of Houston. The issues at hand are Arthritis, PTSD, Major Depression, Panic Disorder, Anxiety, Cervical Spine, Back and Headaches. Some of these contentions were deferred from my recent award. This is an initial claim. Hopefully, this will be the final chapter in my claims process..... Wish me luck!

By "initial" claim do you mean first time request for IU ?

On the issues that were deferred, is this C&P also to see if the deferred issues

have a diagnosis and nexus to either active duty, or secondary to a disability

that is already SC'd ?
