Does anyone know what "for tracking VBMAP" means under "what do we still need from others"?

I called the CPC & the regional office and nobody could tell me what it means.

Not what it means but what it is. The va and govt are starting a trial to contract out jobs or va work. Aka who can we get to do the job for less money, and timelier. So far they are even more than 120 days out. Veterans are filing claims on top of vbmap which is being worked at the ro while the original is worked by vbmap. In short, a contractor knew a congressman who made a promise they, the contractor, can't keep and the backlog gets worse whole they the contractor makes a quick buck before it is shutdown because it isn't working.
