Hello Everyone,

I am new to this site and need some assistance. I was wondering if you can file a claim for a secondary condition to Depression? I was given a rating of 30% for depression. Previous to this claim I filed a claim for Sleep Apnea but was denied due to not service connected. I also was diagnosed with Diabetes and High Blood Pressure as well. Can you file a claim for secondary condition for any of these? If so how do I proceed in documenting the claim since I was denied previously for Sleep Apnea?

Maybe sleep apnea but you have to show a medical connection. A doctor has to say and explain how your depression caused your apnea.
