I feel for you billygoat21....we've been waiting on our claim (husbands and my own) completion but have only been waiting just 400 and some days. I know there are members of this forum that have been waiting a heck of a lot more then both of us put together. It's frustrating.... but you should not quit....then they win. It's a PIA BUT look at this way.....if you quit now you know you won't receive any compensation for your service and the damage that service has caused to you. Those 660 days would have been for naught. If you continue...there is hope that you just may receive just compensation.

I hope they have your completion date right this time.......and you'll be hearing news soon.

I'm active duty and suppossed to be on a fast track system. It took a year and a half before I recieved word from them. It sucks, but hang in there. The easiest way to deal with it, is to forget it even exhists. Then one day when it goes thrrough you will be surprised.

One thing I think exspecialy new folks to the VA crap shoot is allways remember you are getting paid from the date you filed your claims. That is if your claim or claims is valid and they award you. If you stick to a valid claim sometime down the road you will be awarded most likely! I filed 9 claims back in 2003, My problem I did not know how to file a claim the Va way. Anyway around 2007 I won a BVA appeal. One day I checked my bank account and there was over $22,000.00 in it from back pay. Now let me tell you that was a nice chunk of change. So allways like I do is just feel like you are getting paid everyday and it is just going into your piggy bank. I have a appeal still in the works at BVA from 2004 so I am awaiting for payday! Have a great day folks!!!!!

Don't you dare. That is what they want you to do. If, you do, who wins? They do. You do do sound like someone that quits. At least your completion date is in the future. Mine initial claim is 2-16-2010, and at first the completion date was "we have no clue". Around June 2012, they made the completion date 01-2012excl.png Sent them an IRIS and they changed it to 4-2011wacko.png. It is only a game and the game will end soon I hope, once the conferences and parties ends. Do not quit.

I agree with Papa. Stick it out. If you feel you are in the right, continue forward. You've already invested a ton of time and effort. Keep the faith, and don't miss any appointments they schedule. Don't give them an excuse.
