C & P Exam

Question

I retired in Oct 2010 and haven't worked since my retirement. I am rated at 100% and I am in the HomeCare giver Program. I have a court date of Dec 12, 2012 to see the ALJ for SSD, I was denied twice however due to my own errors, I forgot to include my VA award letter and I moved to a different state and didn't include my old doctors info. When I am scheduled for a C & P exam do I need to take copies of my medical records, I have all civilian docs? I recently had a VA Appt and updated all my info and meds, my VA doc stated I should file for P & T however I don't want to do that because I don't want them to reduce me on an error or technicality, I think I should hold out until VA schedule me for a C & P. What do you all think..........
