Question

My IU C&P was Wednesday and the report was in my file today. It shows a GAF of 30 and a paragraph stating I'm unemployable due to my service connected PTSD.

Any chance they can go against the doc on this one? I now have two docs, two years apart who have

Given me a 30 GAF.

VA rated me at 70% and I put in for tdiu in November of last year.

The GAF score is not a shoe-in for either 100 percent or IU.

What medical rationale is stated to support the

"paragraph stating I'm unemployable due to my service connected PTSD." ?

Thanks Carlie

It's 6 pages long.

She indicates I haven't worked in a long time, panic attacks, confusion when stressed, fight or flight around people.

She did say I could manage my own money but the eval sounds pretty dire.

I haven't worked regularly in 10 years. The panic attacks increased to 5+ a day and I was afraid to leave the house. The meds helped but made me incredibly stupid. Now I have mad memory loss from the meds.
