When an RO will not work your claim because he or she does not like your VSO........well, there is a big problem with that.

After a few years of my claim going no where , the VSO looks at me with a grin and says 'This lady who has your claim hates me......you might think about moving this to another RO" , I told him if that was the problem, he should have said this 3 years ago, not only to me but to the RO head honcho, so this is now as much your fault as it was the person who had my claim.

There was more to the story, let's just say that the phone call I got from Cincinnati did no go over to well.......I moved my claim, did 99% of it myself with the Great help from this Board and the rest is history.
