Is there a part of the site, or another site that discusses grants for veterans to start businesses and such?

I read something about grant money being available to vets to put solar panels on their roofs. What I read stated that the grants only applied to vets.

Say I wanted to start a business and put solar panles on the roof?

Who would I talk to to help me through the red tape?

I have been reading up on this since you mentioned it. I found the following.

It seems to stated that disabled veterans in high energy cost areas are able to apply for grants via the department of agriculture for amounts beteen $75,000 and 5mil.

Eeek I hope this is true, so want to go solar!

I think they closed out applications at the end of July. Could be wrong....
