Go to the top right side and find search.

Enter: WAC-Vet75 - and change what it's on to members.

When you get the new screen click find content.

Or click on their name in a post

new screen pops up

Click - Find Content.

Wac Vet's posts mostly involved whether SMC S was combined or added for the 100 plus 60.

Wac Vet insisted that anything above 100 was added, not combined. Example:

If you were 100% plus 40 plus 20, you would get SMC if the ratings were added above 100 while you would NOT get SMC if they were combined, because 40 and 20 combine, I think to 50% not 60%.

Thanks, carlie, that's just what I needed.

broncovet - Yup, I needed that info. I spoke w/my atty today and he found her/my/our theory very interesting and will research whether they feel it's worth pursuing, from that angle. There are a number of other ways he may pursue it, also.

Im relatively certain that this has been decided..probably by the courts or maybe an OGC opinion.

WacVet was on VBN, too, I think and Cruiser Vehemently said they were combined, while Wac Vet was just as sure the law was interpreted as added.

If you do find something definitive on this, it would be great if you did a post with a link to the case law or OGC opinion as to whether they are added or combined. I think this could or would impact a rather large number of Vets, and it is even possible it would impact me.
