The reason I ask is I am trying to get a second opinion, one aside from my own, on how much of a rating (percent) I should be at for the following conditions:

40% - lower left radiculopathy

40% - lower right radiculopathy

10% - upper right radiculopathy

20% - upper left radiculopathy

40% - lumbar spine

20% - cervical spine

10% - left shoulder

Any thoughts?

Combine per 38 CFR 4.26 and 4.25 Table 1:

40% LL radiculopathy -> 40%

Combine 40% RL radiculopathy -> 64%

Combine 20% LU radiculopathy -> 71%

Combine 10% RU radiculopathy -> 74%

ADD 10% Bilateral factor of 7.4% -> 81.4%, rounded to 81%

Now, continue with combining per Table 4.25

81% Bilateral -> 81%

Combine 40% Lumbar spine -> 89%

Combine 20% Cervical spine -> 90%

Combine 10% Left shoulder -> 91%

Round to 90% for the total combined disability.
