I'm currently 90% for: L and R - Lower Radiculopthies, L and R - Upper Radiculopthies, Left Shoulder, Degenerative Disc Disease of Cervical and Lumbar spine. I contended Myofascial Pain Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, and Sleep Apnea in a new claim. I was diagnosed in service with Myofsacial Pain Syndrome and Med Boarded (along with the spinal conditions and radiculopathies) as a result.

I thought I had already claimed the Myo, but after looking through my stuff from the original VA Claim it was not considered. When I realized this I filed a claim.

Not sure if this helps?!

Thanks

It is possible for the military to med board you out and then for the VA to deny service connection. It goes the other way around as well. The military can kick you out for adminstrative purpose and then the VA can service connect you 100%.
