Rover, I don't know about the average time, but on my claim which was closed about 2 weeks ago it was about a week from the time that they said that a decision was reached until it showed up on E-benefits.This was from the WACO RO. I think all RO's are different and it also depends on work load..Hopefully you see or hear something soon...Good Luck and I hope you get everything you deserve...................Grid
