Question
doogie
Ok , so i have been denied service connection for [pulmonary artery insufiency probably secondary to congenital bicuspid valve] fort the fourth time now.
I have 3 heart echo reports proving the diagnosis was wrong .
Here is my question?
can i possibly change this claim to aggrivated in military service if i have a nexus letter from my doctor stating [as likely as not aggrivated by his military service] which i have.
i was hospitalized in 1966 with that diagnosis
i was S/C for PTSD 30% from the same hospital admitting for over a month [NAVAL HOSPITAL]
I would think if i was sound to enter military service, that and the VA contends 4 times that it was a congenital condition then it surely must have been aggrivated at that time
At this point i am at a loss
