Question

Greetings guys, long time member, scarce poster.biggrin.png

Anyhow, it's has been a long and steady battle with the VA (10 years). My claim for Fibromyalgia and High blood pressure was remanded back to the RO where they of course denied both. So I quickly sent the information back to the BVA for the ultimate decision. That was Aug. 31 2012. It has now been 2 months. I checked Ebenefits it is currently at the WITH VSO stage. So my question to your guys are as follow:

1. How long did it take for you?

2. Do I expect to wait another year or more to be finally done?

Thanks Rdawg.

What caught attention was that they don't believe I was in the Southwest theater of operation because I don't have some medals. Just by looking at what ships I was station on (Kitty Hawk and Independence) they should figure this out. Furthermore I was in the gulf 3 times for 6 months each.
