How Do You Get A C&p Corrected?

On June 11th, I had two C&P exams for my Back and Knees. I'm not questioning the outcome of the exam, but whoever wrote this report got the two exams mixed up. Apparently, the VA does not read these reports prior to sending to the Vet. What they did was put the Back diagnois where the Knees should have been, and vice versa. I tried to attach the report, but I had to break it down, so I did not get any hits. Should I just leave the report alone?

Is anyone else having the devil's own time with posting, or am I just special? Anyway papa, the VA hospitals sometimes screw up the exams or put all exams under one exam. So long as the deluca factor & all range of motion and other questions are answered, it should be ok. No rater is going to use the ROM for a back as your knee evaluation.
