Detroit Varo C-File

I had requested a copy of my c-file from Detroit. Its been four months and I have recieved nothing. I have requested medical records on ebenifits.. I recieve everything but my medical records. Whats going on? I was in a training accident that required hospitization in basic training could this be the reason? I need the c-file to obtain a secound opinon nexus letter from the doctors...

My Basic Training Medical Records were also missing when I got my Service Medical Records. You might see if they are at the Hospital on your post or with your training outfit?

It took Detroit 4 months to recognize I even requested records.

If you have eBenfits look up your current claims, if they have the request entered it should give you an estimated completion date. Mine (for copy of form) is April to August of next year (requested in July).
