These instructions were given to us from Paul Sullivan:

Here is the link to VBA’s “Aspire,” the web site that lists VBA’s delays and errors for all with internet access to see ….

http://www.vba.va.gov/reports/

  • Click on “Aspire Dashboard”
  • VBA’s data is divided into VBA’s four regions. The color of the dots indicate what types of claims are processed at that office.
  • If you click on Texas on the map, a new screen appears. Click on the word “enter”
  • An excel-like spreadsheet then opens.
  • The list of VBA Regional Offices appears at the top, and the VBA business line (i.e., compensation, pension, etc.) appears in the column on the left.
  • For example, to view VBA’s statistics about compensation claims, click on “click to see measures” next to the word “Compensation.” Then all the statistics appear.
  • Yes, this is clumsy, but that’s all there is….

Best, Paul.

I notice no information on DRO reviews, or certification of Appeals to BVA. My guess would be they don't want to even discuss that, my sense is they have thrown everything they have into "claims" and work a trickle of appeals.
