raidertone Posted December 21, 2012 Share Posted December 21, 2012 Well it looks like things could be getting a little interesting soon with my appeal. It was supposed to get certified and sent to bva since 2007 but today I found out that the ro issued a ssoc yesterday after ordering a couple of c&p exams last year. I've been waiting over twenty months for mine and I finished my c&p back in February of last year and still stuck in the gathering evidence phase yet. At first they couldn't find my medical records. However I did at least see that they said if c file supports claim and stressor can be verified it is at least as likely than not to have resulted from service or something to that effect which I have heard is good.
